Residential and Commercial Plumbing Installer/Servicer
We are hiring a full-time Residential and Commercial Plumbing Installer/Servicer to install and service water heaters, water treatment systems and plumbing fixtures.
Job details
- Job type: Permanent, full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Wage: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on experience
- Location: Fredericton, NB (work at client sites)
Responsibilities
- Install, replace and service water heaters, water treatment and softening systems, sump pumps, and plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, faucets, showers, tubs)
- Read work orders, drawings and manufacturer specifications to plan each installation
- Measure, cut and fit pipes and fittings to connect fixtures and appliances
- Test and adjust installed equipment to make sure it works properly
- Diagnose problems and carry out repairs and preventive maintenance
- Explain the operation and care of installed equipment to customers
- Complete service reports and keep records of materials used
- Keep job sites clean and follow health and safety rules
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma
- 1 to 2 years of experience installing or servicing plumbing fixtures or water systems
- Able to use hand and power tools safely
- Valid driver’s licence (an asset)
- Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in tight spaces and on ladders
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Plumbing Helper / Construction Helper
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Plumbing Helper / Construction Helper to assist with residential and commercial plumbing, renovation, and construction projects. You’ll work alongside skilled tradespeople, handle materials and tools, prepare and clean job sites, and perform general construction labour. On-the-job training is provided.

- Wage: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
- Benefits: Paid time off
- Location: In person at customer and construction job sites in Fredericton and surrounding areas
Responsibilities
- Assist plumbers and other skilled tradespeople with plumbing, renovation, and construction projects
- Load, unload, carry, and organize pipes, plumbing fixtures, tools, equipment, and construction materials
- Assist with measuring, cutting, positioning, and handling pipes and other materials as directed
- Prepare work areas and assist with plumbing installations and renovation projects
- Assist with demolition and removal of drywall, flooring, fixtures, and other materials during renovation work
- Remove construction debris and keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Use hand and power tools as directed and in accordance with safety procedures
- Assist with moving and setting up tools and equipment at customer job sites
- Perform general construction labour and other job-site duties as directed
Qualifications
- Previous plumbing, construction, renovation, or general labour experience is an asset but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Able to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying construction materials and equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to workplace and job-site safety

Construction Estimator
We are hiring a full-time Construction Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates and bids for our plumbing installation and service projects.
Job details
- Job type: Permanent, full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Wage: $24.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on experience
- Location: Fredericton, NB (office-based with occasional site visits)
Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications and project documents to determine the scope of work
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment and subcontractors
- Perform quantity take-offs for piping, fixtures, water heaters and related plumbing components
- Request and compare quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare and submit bids and tenders for residential and commercial projects
- Visit job sites to assess conditions and confirm measurements
- Track material prices and update the company’s cost database
- Prepare change-order estimates and compare actual costs with estimates
- Work with the project manager, installers and clients to clarify project requirements
Qualifications
- Completion of a college program in construction technology, civil engineering technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2 or more years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in plumbing or mechanical trades
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with estimating software (such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam or Trimble) is an asset
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to manage several estimates at once and meet bid deadlines
- Valid driver’s licence
